A 50% deposit is required to begin your custom order. This deposit goes toward your total order balance and ensures your candles are reserved and supplies are sourced just for you. - Handcrafted Creation
We will start pouring your candles, preparing label design mockups, and ordering any special supplies needed to bring your vision to life. - Pick-Up, Delivery, or Shipping
Once your order is completed, we will contact you to schedule an appointment for local delivery or curbside pick-up. Shipping is also available for an additional fee.

Do you design business logos?
Yes! We have experience designing and reimaging logos for small businesses and local organizations. If you are interested in adding a custom logo design to your order, we can add that service on for an additional fee.
Can I use my own logo, photo, or artwork on the label?
Yes! We will work with you to acquire the design and incorporate it into your custom label. If you don’t have a design, no problem! We love designing labels and will work with you to make one that matches your occasion.
Do I need to design a candle label for my order?
There's no need to design a label on your own. Scents of Time will handle it for you! We specialize in custom orders and look forward to working with you to create a one-of-a-kind label design.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Bulk pricing is available for orders of 12 or more candles. Once we review your order details, we’ll provide a custom quote.
How do I receive my order?
We offer local delivery and curbside pick-up in Downtown Lemont, IL. Shipping is also available within the continental U.S. for an additional fee.
How much is the deposit?
A 50% deposit is required to begin production. This deposit is applied to your total order balance and ensures your order and necessary supplies are reserved specifically for you.
How much of a lead time is required for custom or bulk candle orders?
A three-week minimum lead time is required for custom and bulk candle orders.
How much do custom candles cost?
The base price starts anywhere from $10 to $50 per candle. However, pricing varies depending on candle size, jar, fragrance, and quantity. We start offering bulk discounts at 12 or more candles. We are happy to work with you to create a custom order within your desired budget.
Is there a minimum quantity for custom orders?
Single candles are available for personal gifts, while larger events (such as weddings or corporate orders) may require a minimum. Please include your order size in the Custom Candle Order Form below, and we’ll confirm availability and pricing.
What candle jar options are available?
Scents of Time offers a variety of candle jars in different sizes, colors, and materials. We will work with you to select the perfect jar for your order.
What if I’m not sure what I want?
No worries! That’s what we’re here for. Share your occasion, timeline, and any ideas you have, and we’ll seamlessly guide you through fragrance, jar, and design selection process.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Custom orders may be adjusted early in the process. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.

We have over 50 scents to choose from and will help you pick the perfect scent for your custom candle order. We can also guide you through creating your own custom blend.
