Why do we use 100% coconut soy wax?
Our primary goal is to create quality scented candles that
are eco-friendly and safe to burn. Coconut soy is our preferred wax blend
because it provides a stronger scent throw and improved appearance after
burning, compared to other natural wax candles.
Since our candle products are phthalate-free and do not contain any
chemicals on California’s Prop 65 list, they are also cleaner burning,
non-toxic, and biodegradable. A healthier option to burn in any home!
Are your candles paraffin-free?
Yes! I am proud to say that all of our candle products are paraffin-free.
Many store-bought candles are made with paraffin wax, or a blend of paraffin and soy. Paraffin is petroleum-based, meaning the wax is highly flammable and can produce harmful by-products when burned/melted. Paraffin candles are also known to produce an excessive amount of soot and smoke while burning.
Why does my coconut soy candle look bumpy after burning?
The bumpy look is a natural characteristic of soy wax. Our natural wax blend is made of primarily soy wax. The coconut wax helps to improve the scent and appearance of our candles. However, when you start burning the candle, you may experience a bumpy/uneven surface, discoloration, and/or frosting. The aesthetic issues will not impact how the candle burns and shows that you are buying a natural candle.
Why is there wax left in the bottom of my candle?
As a safety precaution, our candles are designed to leave up to 1/2 inch of wax so the container never gets too hot. When your candle reaches this point, it is time to shop for more!
Why does my candle smell different than I expected?
While I do my best to describe each fragrance as accurately as possible, everyone's nose is different and may detect different fragrance notes when smelling the candle.
What is the shelf life of our candle products?
For best results, we recommend burning the candle within two to three years of purchase.

We do not exchange damaged, used, or custom/personalized items. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if any information provided by the customer has been fabricated. Exchanges are only available up to seven (7) days after receiving your order.
There is a problem with my order. What should I do?
