Damages, Defects, or Errors
Please inspect your order upon arrival and immediately contact us at hello@scentsoftimellc.com if an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item.
To expedite the resolution, please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Full product(s) name and size
- Reason(s) for contacting
- Product photos showing the issue(s)
- Detailed description of the issue(s)
You will have up to seven (7) days after receiving your order to contact us. When we receive the information, we will review and address your concerns(s) in one to three (1-3) business days.Â
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available to residents of Lemont, Illinois, United States. If you would like to submit an exchange claim, please email us at hello@scentsoftimellc.com and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Full product(s) name and size
- Indicate that you are requesting an exchange
- Reason for the exchange
- Product photos proving that the candle product is not damaged or used
When we receive this information, we will review and address your claim in one to three (1-3) business days. Please note, we do not exchange damaged, used, or custom/personalized items. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if any information provided by the customer has been fabricated. Exchanges are only available up to seven (7) days after receiving your order.
